Working with us
How much does a project cost?
It depends on scope. After a short call we send a written estimate broken into milestones, so you know what each stage costs before work starts. There is no charge for the first consultation.
How long does a typical project take?
A business website usually takes two to four weeks. A custom web or mobile application typically takes two to four months, depending on features. We agree the timeline up front and share progress every week or two.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We work with clients across India and internationally, collaborating over email, video calls and shared project boards. Clients in the United States can also work with our US company, DevTech Services Inc.
Who owns the code and the design?
You do. Once the project is paid for, the source code, designs and content we create for you are yours. We hand over repositories, credentials and documentation at the end of the project.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. We offer maintenance plans covering bug fixes, security updates, monitoring, backups and small enhancements, and our hosting customers get 24/7 server monitoring.
How do I get started?
Use the contact form, call or WhatsApp us. We'll arrange a free consultation to understand what you need and then send a proposal.
Web Development
Why build on .NET?
Microsoft .NET is fast, secure, cross-platform and backed by long-term support releases. It suits business applications that need to run reliably for years, and there is a large pool of developers to maintain it.
Can you take over or upgrade an existing application?
Yes. We start with a code and infrastructure review, fix the urgent issues first, then plan an incremental upgrade so the system keeps running throughout.
Do you deliver on time?
We plan work in short milestones with a demo at the end of each, so you see progress every week or two. If a timeline is at risk we tell you early and add resources where needed.

Mobile Apps
How long does it take to get an app into the stores?
Once the app is ready, Google Play usually reviews it within a day or two; Apple's App Store review typically takes one to three days. We handle the submission and any follow-up questions from the stores.
Native or cross-platform?
For most business apps, cross-platform gives near-native performance at a much lower cost. We recommend fully native development only when an app relies heavily on device-specific features.
How experienced is your team?
Our developers have worked on apps across retail, sports, entertainment, home automation and payments, and keep up with each new Android and iOS release.

Automation & RPA
What is Robotic Process Automation?
RPA is software that mimics the steps a person takes in digital systems (clicking, typing, copying data, reading screens) to complete a business process. Bots work around the clock, follow the rules exactly and log every step.
Which processes are good candidates?
High-volume, rule-based and repetitive tasks with clear inputs: data entry between systems, report generation, invoice processing, reconciliations, order updates and scheduled web data collection.
What are the benefits?
Faster turnaround, fewer errors, better compliance through complete audit logs, and staff freed from repetitive work. Bots can be scaled up for busy periods without hiring.

Windows Apps
Why choose a desktop application over a web app?
Desktop applications work offline, respond instantly, and integrate closely with local hardware such as printers and scanners. They are often the better choice for counters, factories and data-heavy office work.
Can you modernise our old VB6 or WinForms software?
Yes. We review the existing application, then migrate it step by step to modern .NET so your team can keep working while the upgrade happens.
Do you guarantee on-time delivery?
We agree milestones up front and demo working software at each one. If something threatens the timeline, we flag it early and add resources where needed.

SEO & Marketing
What is SEO?
Search Engine Optimisation is the work of making your website easy for search engines to understand and genuinely useful for searchers, so it appears higher in unpaid results for relevant searches.
How long does it take to see results?
It depends on your website's age, content and competition. Technical fixes can help within weeks; meaningful ranking gains for a newer website typically take three to six months.
Does social media affect rankings?
Not directly, but social activity spreads your content, earns mentions and links, and builds brand searches, all of which support SEO.
Why invest in SEO?
Most people never look past the first page of search results. Ranking well brings a steady flow of visitors who are already looking for what you offer, without paying for every click.

Web Hosting
What is web hosting?
Web hosting stores your website's files and databases on a server that is always connected to the internet, so visitors can reach your site by typing your domain name.
Shared, cloud or dedicated?
Shared hosting suits most business websites at the lowest cost. Cloud servers give guaranteed resources for busier sites and applications. Dedicated servers suit high-traffic or resource-heavy workloads. We will recommend the right fit.
Can I host a website on my own computer?
It is possible, but your computer must stay on permanently, home connections are slow for visitors, and many internet providers do not allow it. Professional hosting is far more reliable for a business.
